Amanda (Mishael Morgan) only left Genoa City because she came home one day to find Devon (Bryton James) having sex with Abby (Melissa Ordway). What she’s been doing since then is none of Devon’s business. And yet, Devon seems to think he has the right to question Amanda about her relationship — professional and personal — with Cane (Billy Flynn).

Sure, she’s got client-attorney privilege… but, come on, that doesn’t apply to old friends like Amanda and Devon, does it? Does it? Hey, guess what, Devon — yeah, it does! And it especially applies to the guy who screwed her over. Screwing him over back is going to be fun. And if it upsets Abby… that’s just a fun bonus!

Live, Lurk, and Learn

Phyllis (Michelle Stafford) has really gotten up close and personal with that creepy, French hedge maze, hasn’t she? She’s spent more time lurking in it than anybody else… and finally, it’s paying off!

After over a week of pretending not to be eavesdropping while she was oh, so, so obviously eavesdropping, Phyllis finally hears something she thinks could be important. And, as we all know, if Phyllis thinks something is important, how could it not be?

So Phyllis thinks she finally has an ace to play for Cane… and against all the people who ever wronged her. Which is basically… everybody.

Helping Hand

But Cane isn’t just sitting idly by while all the above takes place around him. He’s got plans of his own to put into effect. And it all starts with him reconnecting with a person from Cane’s past who’s been keeping a low profile up to this point.
